As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
```Duties:```
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide information to clients about salon services, pricing, and availability
- Assist stylists and technicians with client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies
- Handling large dogs and cats

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and record keeping
- Proficient computer skills for managing appointments and using salon software
- Effective communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor
- Expeirence with animals
-Handling large pets/ maintaining control
Previous experience in a Pet Salon or customer service role is preferred but not required.
