- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide information to clients about salon services, pricing, and availability
- Assist stylists and technicians with client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies
- Handling large dogs and cats

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and record keeping
- Proficient computer skills for managing appointments and using salon software

- Expeirence with animals

Previous experience in a Pet Salon or customer service role is preferred but not required.
