Medical Office Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Looking for a person with a friendly demeanor to greet patients as they arrive.
• Keeps the front desk and lobby area tidy and presentable
• Check-in and check-out patients
• Answer phone calls; manage patient schedules.
• Verify insurance information and update patient information in the system
• Collect patient co-pays and balances
• Schedule incoming referrals

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
