We are a growing, fast-paced, family owned construction company, hiring for the Service Coordinator position. Requirement of 2 years minimum experience working in an office. Must be proficient using data software systems, highly organized, detailed and accurate. Must also be a self-starter with scheduling knowledge, have a positive upbeat attitude and be a TEAM player.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining a multi phone line system, maintaining and coordinating schedules, speaking with customers, assisting the service and install team, and ordering products with accurate and detailed notes.
Salary will be based on experience.
