Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including email, chat, and phone
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Manage voicemail box and respond/forward messages
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
• Take messages and dispatch them accordingly
• Provide information to callers regarding company published information
• Maintain and update internal reports
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in messages
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient typing skills: 35+ WPM
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work from home with access to reliable internet and without interruption
• Answering Service experience: 1 year
