Position Summary: Join our exciting fast paced Orthopedic Department! As a receptionist you will play a vital role in greeting and scheduling patients. We are looking for focused individuals with great customer service skills.

Essential Job Functions: Manage the check in process for patients, including collecting copayments. Organize necessary insurance information. Assist Orthopedic clinical staff with receiving authorizations for Hand Therapy Patients. Schedule patient appointments. Be part of a high energy department with a team mentality.

Qualifications: Proficient computer skills and professional friendly demeanor. Candidate should be detail-oriented, a self-starter. Previous office experience preferred but not mandatory.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm
