Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is looking for a Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for polished and professional candidates with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills, who want to work for the best in the business!
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to our loyal clientele.
What you will be doing?
- Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
Who are we looking for?
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Customer Service Experience is REQUIRED
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous Receptionist experience is a PLUS!
