Reports To: Director of Business Administration
Summary: Responsibilities include telephone duties, welcoming visitors to residence, responding to marketing inquiries (including giving correct and pertinent information and obtaining information from callers and visitors), leading tours, responding to resident/family queries, and performing limited office tasks (including input of information into REPS system).
Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work independently. Effective interpersonal skills, sound written and oral communication skills, flexibility and problem solving are also necessary. Position requires independent decision-making, professionalism and solid computer skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Answer telephone within first three rings and take accurate messages.
2. Welcome visitors to lobby and offer assistance.
3. Act as marketing representative during shift, answering queries, leading tours, obtaining necessary information from callers (in person or on telephone), and giving accurate information about residence.
4. Perform office duties, including but not limited to: preparing marketing packets, preparing mailings, and entering marketing information into REPS system.
Respond to resident/family queries, representing management.
