Receptionist

Job Title – Entry Level Receptionist / Clerk

Job Location – St. Charles, IL

Job Shift – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (M-TH); 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (F)

Pay Rate – $18.00 per hour

Job Type – Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities:             

• Operating switchboard
• Receive incoming calls, secure identity, screen, announce, and connect to proper party
• Take, record, relay information, respond to inquiries and furnish authorized information.
• Greet, secure identification and purpose of visit, announce and direct visitors to proper destination following clearance.
• Open, sort, and distribute mail.
• Prepare outgoing mailings packages, envelopes, and deliver to local post office.
• Duplicate and distribute forms, reports, and other matters.
• Compile, maintain and update various manual sand guides.
• Collect, gather, and assemble literature, instruction guidelines and other information matter for presentation or mailings.
• File various articles in accordance with standard procedure.
• Process sales leads.
• Assume responsibility for duplicating equipment, clean, replace paper, and request necessity for service, repair or maintenance.
• Water office plants as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

o   Must have Microsoft Office experience

o   Must be eligible to work in the US

o   Must be willing to submit to background check- county

o   Must be willing to submit to a 5- panel drug screen

o   Must be able to bend / stoop

o   Must be able to stand/sit for an 8 + hour day
