Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phones.
Greeting customers and visitors.
Maintain accurate files and record keeping.
Provide administrative support to leadership staff.
Type memos, forms, letters, reports and envelopes.
Coordinate and administer facility phone system.
Distribute faxes, copies, and mail daily.
Make copies and distribute.
Prepare and distribute facility information to leadership.
Represent HP Hood professionally and reinforce a positive brand image.
Administer the plant security policy to visitors, including GMPs.
Education and Experience:
- Ability to type at least 50 words a minute
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills
- Excellent clerical skills and perception
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Training and/or experience as a secretary or other clerical assignment
- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, pp, and outlook)

- Carrying: Occasionally (40-60 lbs) short distances
For candidates based in CA this position typically pays between 21.19/hr - 22.67/hr.
