Receptionist

A local construction client of ours is looking to add a receptionist to their team due to an internal transfer and is urgently hiring. Candidates must require at least 1 year of prior Reception or Administrative work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room reservations
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
