Meadow Pond Animal Hospital is ready to hire a full-time Veterinary Client Care Specialist to our front desk team. At Meadow Pond Animal Hospital we are passionate about the care we provide to our patients and clients, and treat every pet as if they were our own.
Our Veterinary Client Care Specialists are the face of our practice. This role plays an integral part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing excellent customer service.
Some of the daily responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing payments
- Educating clients
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
This is a full-time position with some Saturdays required. A love of animals, a customer service
background, the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, and someone who is a team player is a great fit for this position. Previous experience in the Veterinary field is welcomed, but not required.
