Receptionist- Law Firm

The Accident Guys is currently hiring for a Receptionist to join our team in the Mid-Wilshire Area! The receptionist will be handling incoming phone calls as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, and should also be a Team Player.

We are a social and technologically savvy, growing, and very reputable personal injury Law Firm that is looking to add to our team. Our office is very fast-paced, with many cases going on simultaneously. We love what we do and have built a great family-like culture in our office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls
• Scan and email documents
• Save and distribute faxes
• Sort Mail
• Assist attorneys with projects

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
• Work well under pressure
• Looking for a long-term position
• Candidates must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Fast Typer 50 WPM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
