We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. This position is part-time and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff. The ideal candidate should have experience in a medical or aesthetic office setting and possess excellent communication and computer skills.

This position is part-time. Tentative schedule: Wednesday full day, Thursday full day, and Friday afternoons. Along with vacation and sick leave fill-in.

Essential Functions:
· Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner
· Answer phone calls
· Book client appointments, process cancellations, and appointment reminders
· Process payments, with some cash handling
· Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
· Maintain client privacy, HIPAA complaint
· Prep rooms for providers
· Stock products
· Maintain product knowledge and promote services and products
· Maintain the highest quality of cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of areas
· Fill in during vacations or sick leave

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
