Receptionist

Pleasant Life Health Center's mission is to help each patient's body to function at its best and maintain optimal health. Unfortunately, many people with health issues feel lost or without hope, not realizing there is a better way. Our office offers a natural and holistic approach to helping each patient reach their full potential!

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to help our team and office operate more efficiently. This person needs to be a team player, but able to work independently; have strong phone skills; and amazing attention to detail. If that sounds like you, then this may be the perfect fit for you!

Pay: $14-18/ hour

Responsibilities:

• All Training Provided on the Job
• Answering the phone
• Knowledgable about all our services and can clearly explain them to patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Escorting patients to the appropriate treatment rooms
• Following up with scheduled and current patients
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Arrive, charge, and complete patient's appointments
• Process paperwork
• Follow HIPPA regulations and maintian strict patient confidentiality
• Collect payment to reconcile patient accounts as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a highschool diploma
• Must have reliable transportation and driver's license
• Must be comfortable working with a team
• Must have a confident and pleasant manner when on the phone

Hours and Location:

• M-F 9am-6pm except Wednesdays (9-7pm) and Fridays (10am-2:30pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
