Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a front desk receptionist who is self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and a team player with professional office etiquette and communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). Possible candidate must have excellent Microsoft Office experience and be able to complete projects on their own. Current knowledge of QuickBooks is a major plus. Needs to be highly organized and able to help organize others. Heavy phones and multitasking are a big part of this job.

Salary: $22.00 per hour

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Other administrative tasks as determined by management.
