Experience is not required, but a good work ethic and attitude are.
Expected responsibilities:
Indoor: scheduling, quotes, cleaning, supply runs, etc.
Outdoor: Helping with shop and building organization -- not much, but you'll get your hands dirty sometimes.
Some tasks will not fall under your "job description." Do a good job; and we will treat you right. After 6 months you may have the option to earn commission on contracts.

We usually work 50 hours a week. I'm looking for someone who I can count on, and who will grow with our company. My assistant should be someone who shares not just our company values, but who is amicable, honest, and can cultivate a good work dynamic together.
