RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls appropriately
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing calendar scheduling
- Prepping mail
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding billing, claims and insurance coverage in a professional, polite and timely manner
- Ensuring the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening - to interact clearly with customers, vendors and Team Members via text, email, over the phone and in person.
- Highly organized.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service required.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Experience with Windows computer applications.
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Able to multitask and stay organized.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
- Experience with Salesforce welcomed.
