Receptionist

Panorama is hiring a Receptionist!

This full-time position works Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities of our Receptionist include:

• Greet residents, prospective residents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer multi-line phone system, directing callers to appropriate departments or resources
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks as assigned to include typing, filing, mailing and small projects

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Minimum one year of receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
