Job Description
Our Chesapeake, VA team, supporting Military Sealift Command (MSC), has an immediate need for a building receptionist. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in a similar capacity performing the primary responsibilities below:
• Monitor front office and building entrance to a secure building
• Answer multi-line phone system and supply information to callers
• Greet and badge customers/visitors
• Perform various clerical tasks as needed
• Accept mail and deliveries and distribute to employees
• Guide visitors/students to the training classrooms
• Schedule conference rooms
• Maintain, update, and distribute corporate phone list
Job Requirements
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excell and PowerPoint
• Must possess DoD Secret Clearance
