Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

- Perform data entry tasks to update records and maintain databases

- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
