Temporary Secretary/Receptionist
Mahwah, NJ
A large international medical device company is looking for a Receptionist to join their Customer Service team on a temporary basis. This position will for a duration of about 6+ months. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering calls, welcoming, and greeting visitors, assisting with visitor procedures, etc.
Job Functions:
- Welcome and direct visitors both in person and by phone
- Assist in-person guests with directions, visiting documentation, etc.
- Take incoming calls and assist callers with any assistance needed
- Following security procedures; monitoring guests badges, lobby log book, etc.
- Assist Supervisor with managing the reception schedule
- Process various fax and scan orders for the department
Requirements:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills required
- Must possess ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel
- Must have flexibility with working hours
- High School Diploma required
