Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Badge Security Officer. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment within the corporate building of our client, located in Bridgewater, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations:
• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
• Badge Security:
• Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate records of visitors.
• Monitor and control access to the building by ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
• Collaborate with security personnel to uphold the highest level of safety and security protocols.
• Technology Management:
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various administrative tasks.
• Handle the computer-based email system efficiently.
• Monitor and operate the camera system to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and external vendors.
• Relay important information promptly to relevant parties.
• Assist in managing and distributing internal communications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with computer-based email systems.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Comfortable working with surveillance and camera systems.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
