We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Medical Spa Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service task, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and on the phone.
- Answer phone calls, inquiries, and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Process payment and handle financial transactions.
- Ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist client with pre-and post-treatment instructions.
- Promote additional services and products in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized receptions area.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Follow all safety protocols and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Understanding of medical terminology and procedures a plus.
