Receptionist

The TVLC (formerly Texas Vision and Laser Center) has been an elite eye care leader in the Collin County and North Texas for more than 15 years. We are offering all our eye health services while committed to providing a safe workplace environment during the COVID Pandemic.

We are currently looking for an experienced medical front office team member who is kind, honest, professional, high-energy, a fast learner, enjoys a dynamic environment and is fun to be around to assist reception duties at our Frisco and McKinney locations.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced multiple doctor office utilizing electronic medical records. Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.

Tasks include:

• Patient Check-In/Check-Out
• Scheduling Appointments
• Verifying insurance benefit coverage
• Assisting patients to understand their insurance & our paperwork.
• Answering and distributing incoming telephone calls.
• Experience in a Vision Care environment is a big plus but not required.

Office Hours: Monday thru Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
