Physical Therapy Receptionist

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapy Receptionist to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Receptionist, you will assist our licensed physical therapists in providing high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists with patient care, including preparing treatment areas and equipment
- Escort patients to and from treatment rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and billing
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic, Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
