Receptionist

Immediate Receptionist/Office Admin position needed for Gray Metal South, located in Dunn, NC. Prior office experience a must. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to work in fast paced environment, computer skills and familiarity with Excel and Word. Must be dependable and able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• · Answer phone lines in a professional manner.
• · Provide back-up support to office personnel as needed.
• · Check mail and distribute.
• · Light errand duties (Bank, Post Office runs).
• · Customer Service

Necessary Skills:

• · 3+ years of office or comparable experience
• · Familiarity with Computers
• · Strong written and verbal communication.

• · Numerical Aptitude

• · Bi-lingual a plus
