Receptionist – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia, WA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19 - $26.02 per hour

(Pay is determined based on experience, long term employees can earn up to $28.30 per hour)


Summary of benefits:

Clinic Receptionist Summary:

As a Receptionist for OOA you will be the face of the office as patients are checked in for their appointments, making excellent customer service a priority. You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties such as checking in patients, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and updating patient charts within a busy orthopaedic practice.


Billing Receptionist Summary:

Unlike most Receptionist roles, the Billing Receptionist will work behind the scenes to manage incoming calls from patients and employees to help answer billing questions or concerns, without the distraction of being at the front desk. In this role you will be the main point of contact for many internal billing processes as well as patients, and will perform various clerical duties including payment collection, scanning and uploading records, verifying patient demographics, and deposit reconciliation.

Receptionist Requirements
:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting, non-medical Receptionist roles would also be considered.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
