Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
-Respond to emailed and voicemails in a timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and scanners
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
