- Scan and file production paperwork.
- Receive incoming calls and visitors. Maintain the visitor log.
- Monitor the security camera system.
- Create badges and maintain badge system
- Open, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages.
- Order supplies.
- Event coordination
- Make travel arrangements.
- General/routine administrative duties.
What We Are Looking For
- Must possess a High School diploma or GED at minimum. Some college courses or a college degree preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge and ability to use general office equipment, such as multi-line phones, copiers, faxes, printers, computers, etc.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Independent judgment and thinking.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Maintain concentration, organization and prioritization skills.
