```Duties```
- Greet clients and patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update records in our system
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as email correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management

- Administrative skills: Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Computer literacy: Proficiency in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems
- Typing skills: Accurate typing skills to quickly enter patient information into the system
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Front desk management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
