Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
• Handle administrative duties including sorting mail and managing office supplies.
• Assist the office coordinator with tasks such as kitchen checks to ensure a well-maintained workspace.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

Requirements:

• 2 years of prior experience in a receptionist role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated reliability and organizational skills.
• Nice to have: More than 2 years of receptionist experience.
