Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
- Handle administrative duties including sorting mail and managing office supplies.
- Assist the office coordinator with tasks such as kitchen checks to ensure a well-maintained workspace.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- 2 years of prior experience in a receptionist role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated reliability and organizational skills.
- Nice to have: More than 2 years of receptionist experience.
