Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Maintain the reception areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution.
- Prepare letters, forms, and notices as required and mail.
- Scan, copy, and fax documents, as requested.
- Follow up via email, fax, or telephone calls.
- Serve as a phone responder to answer phone calls, direct caller to appropriate staff member and/or e-mail appropriate staff member a message related to the call.
- Maintain supplies and place supply orders.
- Serve as a witness, as needed for appointments.
- Print documents and other forms, as needed for appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm matters.
- Alert the Director of Operations or Owner to potential threats to the success of the firm.
- Participate in special events including seminars and marketing events, as requested
- Must be punctual, reliable and self motivated.
- Administrative or office experience a plus, but not required.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume workload
- Professional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
$19 - $21/hour
