We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist bookkeeper with daily tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge in Clio software is a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems, computer applications, and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
