Receptionist Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose for their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and transferring the call to the appropriate direction.
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Sending faxes, making copies, and filing documents
- Assistant the office with a variety of tasks
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
- Typing documents
- Checking and entering data
