Temporary - 3 month estimate
Pay: $17-20/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Greet the cleaners, clients, visitors etc.
-Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
-Maintain contact lists
-Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms to internal & external stakeholders
-Prepare and submit invoices to team
-Ensure operation of equipment by submitting preventive maintenance requisitions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
-Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating the required supplies; placing supplies orders; verifying receipt of supplies
-Reply to emails, respond to phone calls, or face to face inquiries
-Develop and update administrative systems to make it more efficient
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
-Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Ability to work independently
