Receptionist – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia, WA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19 - $26.02 per hour

(Pay is determined based on a scale of 0-16+ years of experience, long term employees can earn up to $28.30 per hour)

Summary of benefits:

Receptionist Summary:

As a Receptionist for OOA you will be the face of the office as patients are checked in for their appointments, making excellent customer service a priority. You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties such as checking in patients, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and updating patient charts within a busy orthopaedic practice.

Receptionist Requirements:

· Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting, non-medical Receptionist roles would also be considered.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Ability to multi-task.
