We are a 5/5 Star rated skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Santa Monica and are looking to hire someone who can learn quickly, resolve problems, give tours, assist in the admission process of new patients, answer phones, and help fill out paperwork.
This is a growth position for someone who would like to work in healthcare, has an autonomous nature as more responsibility and hours will be given to the right applicant.
Ideal applicants will have volunteered/ worked in a skilled nursing facility before and be familiar with working with older adults but is not required. Foreign language skills are a plus, but are not required (Farsi, Spanish, Korean, others). This is a customer service position with potential for growth if the individual is willing to learn and to work hard.
