Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Assist with order entry and processing of customer orders
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
- Available Wednesday afternoons for the month of May.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using Google Drive and ability to learn a new software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
