Ability to function in a front-line customer service environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
Provide support to staff or clients to ensure clients receive expedient and efficient service.
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $15 an hour.
Location: Dover, Delaware
Essential functions consist of the following:
1. Greet customer and direct to the appropriate department.
2. Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff.
3. Maintain receptionist desk and security of building.
4. Checking in guests through Visitor Management System.
5. Help all internal and external clients in a professional manner.
6. Collect and sort mail.
7. Help maintain employee breakroom.
8. Receive shipments.
9. Assign temporary badges as needed.
10. Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills needed to perform this position:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Know how to use – Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Must be able to pass a background check.
