The Repair Shack is a technology company specializing in the repair of consumer electronics, computers, home and commercial appliances, tv's, cell phones and more! We are a small company with a "family" type vibe vs the more traditional clock in clock out vibe.
We try to maintain a very relaxed environment however when the time comes to grind through a project we are looking for people who know how to switch that mode on and off.
We take the "as long as you get your responsibilities done" management approach... we don't micro manage your process or day to day activity so long as you are effectively getting through your day.
We are a tech company so most of us are a little nerdy is some aspect and that's how we like it.
We are currently looking to hire someone to help with our frontend operations.
Job Duties
- Learning and understanding the basic aspects of the services we offer
- Answering the phone
- Making calls to our existing customers with order updates/requests
- Reading and responding to emails
- Creating orders/invoices for customers
- Greeting customers who come into our physical location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
