Overview: The purpose of all staff positions is to support the mission of Central Presbyterian to “Share the Heart of Christ from the Heart of the City.”
General Position Description: The Receptionist will be the public face of Central Presbyterian, greeting walk-ins and answering the phone. She/he will also carry out administrative and clerical tasks as directed by the Church Administrator and Pastor.

Characteristics: The fully trained Receptionist will have a working knowledge of church administration software and Microsoft Office and their application to Central Presbyterian Church’s operations. The Receptionist will be cordial and welcoming to all, while screening calls and visitors. This person should have a high school diploma, possess good communication skills, be tactful in dealing with sensitive subjects, and be highly organized
