SalaryReceptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Operates telecommunication system for house phone and console operation
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquires
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook for appropriate visitor sign-in
- Keeps safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
- Distribute mail/packages to appropriate parties
