Receptionist

Direct Depot Kitchens and Baths is a fast-growing cabinetry design business located in Little Falls, NJ. We are currently looking for a dedicated receptionist to support our sales staff and to handle client-facing duties. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, computer skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Schedule Thursday 1:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Call new clients when they request a cabinet design and schedule their design appointment
• Answer the phones in a timely manner and direct calls to the appropriate parties
• Follow-up with clients

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of basic math
• The ability to create and maintain organized filing systems
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
• Working knowledge of marketing terminology and practices
• Reliable transportation to and from our office in Little Falls, NJ
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Receptionist

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Reception or Call Center: 2 years (Required)
