This is a temporary position for 2 to 4 weeks.
Pay Rate: $17 an hour.
Ability to function in a front-line customer service environment.
Ability to maintain a pleasant business demeanor even during challenging customer encounters.
Provide support to staff or clients in order to ensure clients receive expedient and efficient service.
Ability to multi-task, answering phones while servicing clients.
Essential functions consist of the following:
1. Greet customer and direct to the appropriate department.
2. Answer phones and direct callers to the proper division
3. Maintain confidentiality.
4. Help all internal and external clients in a professional manner.
5. Collect mail being delivered using sign in sheet.
6. Take and pick up mail to other departments.
7. Maintaining supplies.
8. Run department reports.
9. Process payments.
10. Processing extension requests
11. Enter new code enforcement cases into the database.
12. Mailing violation notices and other dept communication
13. Other duties as assigned by management.
