Receptionist

The successful candidate should have previous experience working with the public, managing incoming phone calls, and providing high-quality customer service. The Receptionist will work closely with the Sales Managers and the rest of the Sales team.

Any job offer will be conditioned on passing a drug test for the following substances: Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Methadone, Propoxyphene, Cocaine, Heroin, Codeine, Morphine, Amphetamines, PCP. We do not test for marijuana or THC.

This position is for the following schedule only:

Monday through Thursday: 2pm - 7pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer multi-line telephones.
• Be knowledgeable about the organization, culture, and brand to provide the highest quality service to our clients.
• Scan documents for archival purposes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide general assistance to the administration and management staff as assigned.

Requirements:

• No experience needed – on the job training available. Hiring immediately!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
