Job Description:

As a Receptionist at Beach Babes Tanning Salon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly demeanor.

- Answering phone calls, and providing information about our services.

- Managing client check-ins and check-outs, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.

- Keeping the reception area clean and organized.

- Assisting clients with questions or concerns and offering excellent customer service.

- Promoting salon products and services.

- Collaborating with the salon team to ensure smooth operations.

-Ensuring tanning beds are clean and salon upkeep.

- Assisting clients with teeth whitening services.

Requirements:

- Ability to work Monday through Friday 10am-3pm.

- Friendly and approachable personality.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong organizational abilities.

- Basic computer skills.

- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
