Job Summary
Pacific Northern Environmental LLC (PNE LLC) is seeking a Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service and skills to our company, clients, and employees.
Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC consists of four divisions include Advanced Electrical Technologies (AET), Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS), Pacific Northern Environmental Construction (PNEC), and WasteXpress Environmental (WXE). Together, we specialize in commercial and petroleum construction, industrial and commercial electrical, industrial cleaning, and hazardous waste disposal. PNE LLC has offices in multiple states.

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk by supporting daily operations and will be the first person to greet visitors, customers, and clients all while making a professional and courteous impression. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is highly organized, helpful, and wants to be a part of a motivated and growing team!
Education and Experience Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-year prior work experience in a similar position, preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Receptionist possessing the education and experience listed above performs the following:
- Answers and redirects phone calls in a friendly manner, screening calls when necessary.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and customers.
- Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintains and manages office supply requests.
- Liaison for facility related problems to Shop Manager.
- Maintaining kitchen supplies and completed daily clean up.
- Orders meals for meetings as requested.
- Maintains watering of plants outside of front door.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The candidate must possess and be adaptable to the following physical abilities and working conditions:
- Communicate accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
- Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
- Observe details at close range.
- Frequently move office supplies weighing up to 10lbs.
- Occasionally ascend/descend stairs.
