We are seeking full and part time applicants for a 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. schedule, working every other weekend. Both full and partt time employees are eligible for benefits after a probationary period.

JOB SUMMARY: The receptionist is responsible for supervising, organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma is preferred.
- Must have the ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Accepts incoming and outgoing calls, maintains accurate messages and disseminates same.
- Receives all persons who enter the Community in a courteous manner, informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully and congenially to present the best possible image of the Community.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Screen all visitors in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines and procedures.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
- Maintain the security and telecommunications system.
- Monitor visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be physically and mentally capable of performing routine, repetitive job duties.
- Show willingness to provide good nursing care.
- Be considerate, pleasant, and professional in the performance of his/her duties.
- Must have compassion, tolerance, and understanding for the residents of the facility.
