Position Availability:

Employees work within our service radius and have ample opportunities to work weekday or weekend shifts, whether it’s in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Our service area covers the Springfield and Sedalia, MO areas, ensuring that no paw is left un-pampered within our community.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Pet Care Experience: Whether it’s personal, professional, or volunteer, we value all experiences with animals.

- Ability to handle a variety of pet breeds and sizes.

- Recent experience in a demanding, detail-oriented position.

- High-level punctuality and accountability.

- Attention to detail and a passion for task completion.

- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

- Capability to safely lift 50 pounds and walk briskly for at least 30 minutes at a time.

- Must own an insured car and hold a valid, legal driver’s license.

- Comfortable with asking questions in unsure situations.

- Ownership of a modern smartphone compatible with the latest iOS or Android software with a high data plan.

- Must embody patience and empathy for all animals, aligning with our Fear-Free/force-free ethos.

- Preferred: Experience practicing safety procedures in the workspace.

Responsibilities Include:

- Tender loving care for animals, mainly dogs and cats; including walking, feeding, waste removal, administering medications, and other house-hold tasks as-needed.

- Effective communication with other employees, clients, and management via various channels.

- Active participation in company training, education, events, and programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Hourly wage ranging from $13 - $15

- Monthly earnings can range between $200 - $1000 (depending on staff member availability, performance, and client demand)
