Old Dominion Freight Line is currently recruiting for a Service Center Receptionist to join our OD Family Culture. Our Receptionist will successfully ensure that external and internal visitors have a friendly, professional greeting and a good first impression of the Service Center. Provide excellent customer service that represents OD professionally in a diverse environment.
Responsibilities:

• Screen visitors and allow facility access or notify employee of their presence
• Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and sign for incoming packages
• Answer incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner on a multi-line telephone
• File and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of office experience, preferably in the transportation industry
• Proficiency Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi task
• Strong interpersonal skills
